Hey there! I’m Devanshi, based in New Delhi, and I’m about to begin my journey with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Analyst in the Vantage team under the People and Organizations Practice, something I’m truly excited about! I’ve always been a humanities student at heart, deeply curious about people, organizations, and what drives them. I completed my Master’s in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics (LSE), where I also served as a Student Ambassador, and did my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Professionally, I’ve worked with the World Wide Fund (WWF) driven by my interest in sustainability, conducted leadership assessments and training programs, and gained experience in executive search. I also built my own social venture around artisanal pottery, which gave me hands-on exposure to strategy, branding, and execution. My passion for research led me to explore how startups shape employer branding through employee storytelling. Beyond work, I’m a traveller at heart (I’ve explored over 12 countries!), an animal lover, and someone who finds pure joy in dancing. I truly believe in mentorship and guidance, and I’m always happy to help with anything related to studying abroad, from CV reviews and SOPs to job hunts in India or overseas, and academic guidance at LSE.
