A graduate and post-graduate in English literature, I made a decision to pursue a career in the international development sector with no prior experience. I've been working with Adam Smith International for over five years, where I work on business development and programme management. Additionally, I manage our team in the India office, and represent ASI in-country. With a background in science, university degrees in humanities and a career in social development, I believe I've learnings to offer to anyone navigating career change, exploring different options available, and provide advice on how to break into the development sector. My skills include CV drafting, tips to ace interviews, providing career direction to soon to be graduates.
