"Good design gets noticed. Good storytelling gets you hired." A portfolio is more than a collection of projects, it's your story as a designer.

In this session, I'll review your portfolio and help you understand how effectively your work communicates your thinking, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

Many good designers struggle not because their projects are weak, but because their portfolios don't clearly showcase the process, decisions, and insights behind the work.

What we'll cover:

  1. Project selection. Choosing which projects to include and how to sequence them for maximum impact.
  2. Storytelling and design process clarity. Presenting your thinking, decisions, and problem-solving so it's easy to follow and compelling to read.
  3. Structured presentation style. A clear working format and timeline for laying out each project.
  4. Presentation details. The small things, layout, flow, visual hierarchy, that often make the difference between a portfolio that gets noticed and one that gets overlooked.
  5. Honest, constructive feedback. Practical, actionable suggestions to make your portfolio clearer, stronger, and more confident.

Ideal for design students, fresh graduates, and early designers preparing for design schools, internships, or full-time design roles.
