• Week 1. Positioning. Which role you’re actually targeting, PM or TPM, which companies fit your background, and the one-line story that makes you the obvious candidate instead of one of four hundred.
• Week 2. Resume and application system. We rebuild your bullets against real postings and set up how you’ll apply, so you stop rewriting from scratch every time.
• Week 3. Mock interview with real scoring. One full loop question, scored the way I’d score it in the debrief, with a written scorecard.
• Week 4. Second mock plus negotiation. We fix what week 3 exposed, then cover what to say when the number comes.

Between sessions you get async feedback. Send me a resume, a message draft, or a question you bombed, and you get a real answer, not a scheduling link.

What you leave with: a positioning statement, a rebuilt resume, two scored interview recordings, and an application system you can run yourself.

What I can’t promise: an offer in four weeks. Loops run on their own clock and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. What I can promise is that at the end of this you’ll know exactly why you’re getting rejected, which is the thing most people never find out.
