As a business-tech consultant, I employ a blend of service design and process re-engineering strategies to uncover true value that digital transformation can bring to my clients. As an agile practitioner, I coach product owners and developer teams to deliver satisfactory outcomes together in iterative cycles that give them space to experiment so that they learn fast. 🗺️ In the last 15 years, I carved an unconventional career traversing advertising design as an art director, business where I ran 3 service-based startups as an entrepreneur, and now tech, expanding my knowledge and increasing the depth where the circles of this venn diagram overlap into this track called product management. My unique selling proposition is reframing problems into business opportunities, then solving them through logical, cost-effective IT solutions that bring positive benefits to my clients' customers and their bottomline. ✏️ My current interests lie in technical writing, community building and training in the areas of organisational agility, design thinking and service design.
