Deeya is a part of the Technology and Strategy Consulting Team at BDO Canada. She focuses on Project Management and Coordination of Dayforce Implementation Projects, along with leading and executing several internal HR and Change Initiatives. Previously, she was aligned to the People Advisory Practice in the Management Consulting division. Deeya has been a Teaching Assistant and Student Mentor at the Graduate and Post Graduate level. As an executive search and technical recruiter, she has experience in mentoring prospective business/management professionals seeking a job or a change. She has completed her MBA from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, with a Gold Medal. She has worked with Hunt Partners, India's top Leadership Consulting Organization, in the capacity of an Associate, aligned to the Consumer Retail, Private Equity and Real Estate Practice. She is inclined towards helping her clients succeed, with a focus on Change Management, Strategy and Leadership Development.
