I am a Portfolio Manager at Pfizer with over 10 years of experience in the Medtech and Biopharma domain. I have a master's in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University. I received my EB1-A green card which is awarded to aliens of extraordinary ability in their domain. Contrary to popular narrative, I was able to achieve this without a PhD. or research articles with 100+ citations. I have created a coaching program where I guide non-IT engineers like me build their profile under a year to quality for the EB1-A green card. There is a lot of precedence in EB1-A for professionals from the software domain but little guidance for core domains like mechanical, biomedical or manufacturing engineers which is why I decided to design this program.
