With the DNA of a consultant that I have developed over 6+ years at ZS and a management degree from Indian School of Business (ISB), I am now doing what I love the most - solving complex problems!
I am currently working as 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 (series-A startup) and manage a team of 25 cross-functional operators. Over the last 2 years, I have managed various charters around: P0s of the founder and C-suite executives, growth, supply, quality (or CX), revenue, and account management.
Along with my day job, I also work as a 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁-𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. My mentorship services include: career guidance, building profile and resume, and helping with preparation for interviews.
When I'm off the clock, you'll likely find me catching a play or getting lost in a book or making a mess with paint on canvas. I'm also deeply committed to educating myself on diversity, inclusion and equality. While I don't have all the answers, I always try to do my bit, and that starts with self-learning.
