Live 30-min resume review

The offer, the interview call, the "we'd like to move forward" it often comes down to whether your resume gets you in the room at all. This is where that gets fixed.

Once you see the gap between where your resume is aimed and where you actually want to go, you can't unsee it.

Most VLSI resumes I review aren't badly written, they're just aimed at the wrong target, or three years behind where the person actually is now. That's an invisible problem you can't catch by re-reading your own resume for the tenth time. You need someone who's screened hundreds of these to see it.
