The best mock I have taken. I took the mock for low level design and the interviewer has given suggestions and pointed out my mistakes at each step.

About me

I am currently serving as a Software Engineering Technical Leader at Cisco Cloud Security, focusing on Umbrella and Cisco Security Service Edge. My team is responsible for managing various components that create dashboards and reports analyzing events and activities within a specific business unit (customer). We handle five distinct services to deliver a variety of reporting methods. My skill set encompasses Java, Spring Framework, Design Patterns, System Design, Data Structures, TypeScript, React and Python. Before joining my current team, I held the position of Senior Software Developer (SDE-II) at Amazon Device OS Org. There, I developed a developer tool that provided options to download images suitable for various hardware combinations. The backend used AWS CodeBuild to construct the images, AWS Step Functions to orchestrate multiple Lambda functions, which gathered necessary information and initiated CodeBuild for image creation. Additionally, I developed multiple AWS Lambda functions in Java/Python for information retrieval and state management in the Step Functions. The frontend, built with React JS, featured a tabular dashboard and upload/download functionalities. For the customer interface and backend, I utilized the MVC model, creating new controllers to address specific issues. I was responsible for the complete project, including both UI and backend development. Prior to that, I was a part of Amazon's Physical Stores Organisation (JWO). My role involved migrating existing services to native AWS services, including low-level design and implementation. At Amazon's CTPS, I worked on the Risk Evaluation team, developing and automating a platform for assessing seller risks using Java, Python, TypeScript, and AWS technologies (SNS, VPC, Route 53, ACM, NLB, SQS, Step Functions, EventBridge, and AWS Batch) through the Cloud Development Kit. Before joining Amazon, I spent five years at Cisco in their Service Provider Org, focusing on multicast components and L3 forwarding protocols across the Cisco XE and XR platforms. I also developed multicast tools for Cisco Automation Factory and managed device upgrades and inventory. Earlier in my career at Aricent, I worked on automation for EX Switches and various network protocols. I excel in deep-diving into customer and production issues, have completed numerous Operational Excellence projects, and am adept at scoping and designing new features, implementing complex tasks, debugging critical issues, conducting quality code reviews, and providing support and guidance to my teammates.
