In my past I've worked on different roles from trading derivates, overseeing development and production of Tractors and now working as a Process Improvement Specialist. I've tried to think out of the box in all these roles and come up with solutions that can improve the process further: 1) Introduced smart algorithms that can enter and exit trades without human interventions. 2) Using rattle (R-GUI) to build a predictive model, that could predict if the customer would be calling again within 7 days for the same issue. 3) Enhanced the efficacy of complaints handling process at Ola Airport zones using DMAIC methodology, resulting in +23% net completion. 4) Reduced Driver application rejection using Poka-yoke leading to 18.97% less rejections and 6.54 lakhs/month in savings for Ola.
