Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I was always fascinated by the intricacies of the business world. The way my parents ran their businesses with such passion and commitment always inspired me, and I knew that I wanted to follow in their footsteps. It was my love for finance that drew me towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. The years of rigorous study and training were challenging, but I persevered, and achieving an AIR at the intermediate level was a moment of immense pride for me. My internship at a Big4 firm was a significant milestone in my professional journey, where I learned the ropes of the finance industry from some of the best minds in the field. Joining a manufacturing business post qualification allowed me to evolve as an operational geek by learning end to end operations of a manufacturing MNC. However, as I delved deeper into the organization, I realized that the established processes left little room for innovation and creativity, and I craved the freedom to create something from scratch. And that's what led me to join a startup. Working with a small but passionate team of 30 employees, I finally had the chance to build systems and processes from the ground up. Seeing the company grow and thrive under my guidance has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am excited to continue this journey of making a difference in the business world.
