I’ve used LinkedIn and other personal branding routes as a serious career lever to get visibility, interviews, and opportunities, and I’ve seen how different the strategy needs to be when you’re early in your career.

This is about making personal branding work for you, even if you have limited experience.

1. Position you clearly as a hireable fresher even if you don’t have experience yet
2. Optimise your LinkedIn profile for job discovery: Headline, summary, skills, and experience sections that recruiters actually scan
3. Build a fresher-friendly visibility strategy: What to post (or not post), how to comment, and how to network without being awkward
4. Use LinkedIn to access the hidden job market: Referrals, conversations, and opportunities that never get posted
5. Create a simple weekly LinkedIn action plan: So you know exactly what to do after the call
6. Discuss anything else you need to do apart from LinkedIn
