I am an RCI Certified Special Educator with 9.5 years of experience working directly with children who have ASD, ID, and ADHD. I focus on creating simple and practical IEP/ILP plans based on each child’s current level. My work includes improving attention, behavior, daily living skills (ADL), and basic academic learning through structured and consistent methods. I also guide parents on what to do at home, so the child gets the same support beyond therapy sessions. I regularly coordinate with therapists and teachers to keep the child’s progress consistent. My approach is straightforward: understand the child’s real needs, set achievable goals, and work step by step for steady improvement.
