Hello, Hej, Hola, Bonjour, Namaste, & welcome to my profile. I appreciate that you're making an effort to know me. All the below includes a support from many people in the form of friends, mentors, family, nature and some of my efforts. I feel grateful for everything. 1) Educational background: I've completed my schooling from Army Public School and college from IIT Madras. The schooling and army upbringing taught me the importance of discipline and consistency which further took me to IIT Madras where I had my 4 beautiful years. I learnt the balance of life, horizontal and verticle expertise, importance of health, friendships and family. It changed me to still carry an inertia of growth and constant learning. 2) Professional Experiences Currently, SchbangQ, a team of 10 individuals is helping businesses with IT consulting. We build websites, apps, SaaS products, and provide corporate trainings. On the other hand, helping Schbang in its growth marketing business. The day to day experiences include communicating with business leaders (age>45), fresh grads, experienced (age>30) folks, and identifying right people (interviewed 600+) to work with has been an interesting ride. ICICI Bank taught me how to talk & play with huge datasets. Overall, I've found running a business hard but addictive at the same time. 3) Internships roller coaster: While I was a part of the team building Virtual Instruments (yes you could play Guitar, Drums, flute and other instruments in air) in my 2nd year, I landed up at CERN, Switzerland to work on CMS. Working 30 metres underground was an insane experience. Coats India & ITC exposed me to the Indian style of hardwork and execution. The people I met shaped me for better. Forever grateful to them. 4) NGOs: Universe has given me so much, it feels like a burden when you don't contribute back to society. I'm associated with MAD chapters in Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai since 3+ years. Teaching underprivileged kids is something I'm very passionate about. Fortunately, amongst the kids I could teach, a few went to Japan on a full scholarship to pursue higher education. 5) Hobbies It is constantly evolving. I could learn dancing from YouTube. Poetry comes easy to me. Exploring spirituality for more than 7 years. Recently, I have been reading Bhagwad Gita with a few industry leaders to better understand leadership and life.
