Hi, I'm Deepak 👋 I'm a Sr Software Engineer at Dentsu with an MTech from IIT Kanpur and 6+ years of industry experience. I build backend systems with Java, Spring Boot, Python, Go, microservices and AWS, and have worked on healthcare data platforms, ETL pipelines and GenAI tools. 🔬 Research background: At IIT Kanpur, my MTech thesis was on Deep Learning, where I built and compared LSTM, Bi-LSTM, RNN and CNN models on inertial sensor data. So I've seen both worlds, IIT research and the software industry, and I can guide you on whichever path fits you. I can help you with: ✅ Getting into IIT for MTech/research: how to prepare and what to target ✅ Moving into software from a non-IT background, the right way ✅ The right skills and resources to crack product-based companies ✅ How to actually land a job: where to apply, how to prepare, what recruiters look for ✅ Resume review that gets shortlisted ✅ Career roadmap: which skills to learn and which to skip ✅ Mock interviews with honest, detailed feedback 💡 Full support from start to end. Not everyone can afford expensive coaching, and you don't need to. With the right guidance and the right (mostly free) resources, you can prepare smartly and save both time and money. Sessions in Hindi, Hinglish or English, whichever you're comfortable with. No theory overload, only practical, real-industry guidance.
