As the founder of Aphelia Innovations, I'm proud to have led my dedicated team in providing custom software development, digital transformation, and IT Staffing services to organizations around the world. Thanks to our efforts, Aphelia has expanded its reach to 5 countries, including the USA and European countries - all within a mere 5 years. With my expertise in business management and development, I've helped to build successful business and growth strategies, establish strong teams, and manage the day-to-day operations of our company. Prior to founding Aphelia, I worked as an application developer and created mobile applications for a range of well-known brands, including one for the Government of India. In recognition of my contributions to the digital transformation of Geographical Indications India, I was honored to receive an award from Mr. Suresh Prabhu, former Minister of Commerce and Industry, in 2018. This venture by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India is an excellent example of the power of technology to drive positive change. I'm deeply committed to staying on top of the latest advancements in technology and believe that it has the potential to help solve some of the world's most pressing issues. When I'm not working, I also make time to give back to the community by mentoring young students and helping them start their entrepreneurial journeys. As a result of my work, I've been appointed by Niti Ayog, Government of India & Government of Delhi to mentor multiple schools and college students, and have also served as a jury member for numerous technical and non-technical events. In addition to my professional and philanthropic pursuits, I'm also an avid traveler and foodie. I believe that traveling is one of the best ways to gain new perspectives and learn about different cultures, while food provides a universal language that brings people together.
