System Design Mock Interview by an Architect

Let's be real, most engineers crack the DSA rounds but get completely stuck in the System Design (HLD) round. Watching videos is easy, but defending your architecture live in front of a panel is a totally different ball game.

This is not a "gyaan session" or a casual discussion. This is a rigorous, full length mock interview exactly how we conduct them at top product companies.

What happens in these 60 minutes:

1. The Problem: I will give you a real world architecture problem (like designing a food delivery cart, payment gateway, or notification service).
2. The Whiteboard: You will design the system live. I will cross question your component choices, database selections, and scalability trade offs.
3. The Verdict: I will give you brutally honest feedback, whether it’s a "Hire", "No Hire", or "Strong Hire" based on real product company standards.
4. The Fix: We will spend the last 15 minutes discussing exactly where your design broke down and how to fix it before your actual interview.

Why this is different from other mock interviews: Market mein bahut log aapko sirf is baat par pass kar denge ki aapne "Kafka" ya "Redis" ka naam le liya. But actual product companies don't work like that. As an Architect, I won't just check your buzzwords. I will ask you why you chose Redis, what happens when that specific node crashes and how you handle data consistency. I evaluate your second order thinking and your ability to defend your design under pressure.

Who should definitely take this:

1. Engineers with 5 to 12 years of experience targeting SDE-3, Tech Lead, or Architect roles at companies like Swiggy, Razorpay, Zepto, Cred, etc.
2. Service company engineers (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.) who know the theory but get nervous during live whiteboard rounds.
3. Anyone who clears coding rounds easily but keeps facing rejections in the HLD round with vague feedback.
