About me

Transformational Leadership and Team Coach | Facilitator | Leadership Consultant "The purpose of my life is to Co create a SPACE for people to believe in themselves and receive everything they aspire to achieve by overcoming the barriers they perceive" As a Partner at TPC Leadership, I am dedicated to creating a SPACE characterized by Safety, Presence, Awareness, Choices, and Empathy. This foundation fosters discovery and adventure, designing enriching experiences for those I collaborate with. My role involves steering systemic learning and development interventions as a Team Coach, Facilitator, and Leadership Consultant. I have the privilege of serving esteemed corporates such as Samsung, American Express, Kronos, Tenneco, Rolls Royce, Astra Zeneca, Lowe's, PayU, Pine Labs, and Irdeto among others. My journey in business growth has been recognized with the Women Achiever in Entrepreneurship Award. As a coach educator for the Transformational Leadership Coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Levels 1 and 2, I have trained over 250 coaches across India and internationally. Also, developed senior leaders from Adobe, PepsiCo, and Great Place to Work, among others through executive coaching and coach training. Additionally, I have co-designed a masterful coaching program aimed at those aspiring to reach the Master Certified Coach level, incorporating a unique set of frameworks aligned with ICF competencies. Creativity is at the core of all my endeavors. A published poet, podcaster, and writer, I strive to simplify complex concepts. I am a co-author and editor of the books "Coaching Mantras" , Grace Grit and Gravitas and "A Poetic Journey within called Elephantism and Deep Insights. My latest creation is Deep Reflections- Raising Awareness Card deck with my processes, poetry, pictures and prompts. Outside of professional pursuits, I am a mother to a 12-year-old and part of a vibrant family spanning two generations, each day offering new lessons in life skills. My travels have taken me to various parts of all continents, with Kenya, Fiji, and Hawaii ranking as my favorite destinations. I am eager to hold a SPACE for you too.
