Born and raised in Kolkata and currently based here, I am a backend developer with 4+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable microservices and backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-based architectures. I thrive on solving complex backend challenges, optimizing performance, and leading teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Though I pursued Electrical Engineering during my B.Tech, my deep-rooted interest in coding and technology led me to transition into software engineering. With a strong self-learning mindset and dedication, I quickly adapted and secured a reputed designation and promotion within a few months. I’ve consistently delivered results, earned multiple project appreciations, and proven that being from a non-CS background is never a limitation when paired with passion and persistence. Currently working as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte, I previously worked at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, where I received TCS Gems and multiple Project Appreciation Awards for my performance and contributions. 🔹 What I Bring to the Table: ✔ Technical Expertise: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Hibernate, Docker, CI/CD, Cloud Architectures ✔ Leadership & Management: Mentoring teams, optimizing workflows, and driving results ✔ Adaptability & Quick Learning: Transitioned from Electrical to Software Engineering with proven success ✔ Achievements: Early promotions, industry recognitions, and project-level impact Outside my full-time role, I am deeply passionate about empowering others in their career journeys.
