- Driving Strategic projects for the Beauty business - Assisting the CEO in day to day decisions using data backed insights - Developing plans for large brands & house of brands to unlock growth through marketing levers - Responsible for building processes with cross functional teams to drive efficiency - Responsible for building the Annual Operating Plan for the beauty business - Working with product teams to evaluate high impact business solutions through tech interventions. - Working on Operations excellence charter to create a superior end to end experience for the customer. - Leading CX charters for the Beauty business - Extensive stakeholder management across the organization to identify and drive projects to continuously improve the profitability.
