Over the past 12 years, my career has taken me from finance and SAP FI consulting in India to international assignments across Poland, the Czech Republic and Australia during my time with Genpact and TCS. I later moved into SAP project delivery at an Irish manufacturing company, followed by Management Consulting at EY Ireland and Enterprise PMO and technology delivery roles at AIB and SMBC. Each transition taught me how to build on existing experience while moving into a new industry, country or role. 🌍 I also made the international student journey: a Master's in Financial Services at the University of Limerick, then ten years building my life in Ireland, where I became an Irish citizen. It wasn't straightforward. At one stage, nearly 800 applications across Ireland, the UK and Europe led to four job opportunities.
