Hi, I am an aspiring Product Manager, and am not just another tech enthusiast, rather I am driven by a zeal for building impactful products. My passion lies in true leadership, where I actively support my team rather than merely serving as a symbolic figurehead. To be a manager who leads by example, emphasizing actions only, is a principle I want to live by and this approach is not just about adding value to a company; it's about setting a precedent for future leaders to emulate. My past work experience as an sde intern allows me to have the technical knowledge about the efforts put into the development phase, while my experience in leading teams in company sprints, hackathons, and sports enables me to manage and coordinate teams. As the co-founder of a non-profit organization, I have served as an agent of change in my college campus, inspiring masses to deep dive into startup culture and serving as the blueprint for several student communities. This has caused a massive influx of opportunities and uplifted the underprivileged section of the student body. An open-source contributor, I value community building and fostering collaborative learning environments. Having clinched the state championship in 2019 and played in the All India Inter Steel championship in 2021, are some of the feathers to my cap, earned outside the tech domain.
