About me

Debarshi is working as a Veeva Program & Delivery Leader in Nagarro - Lifesciences & Healthcare. He joined to strategize, plan, set up, and operationalize Veeva Center of Practice (CoP) in Nagarro Consulting. Responsibilities include team hiring/formation, skill development, business adaptation, Strategy framework, leading partnerships, vendor & contract management, contribute in pre-sales (RFPs, RFIs & RFQs), orchestrating & delivery of large-scale programs while ensuring adherence to defined critical metrics and achieving project goals, lead to improve operational efficiency. He is proficient in Veeva Vault, ITIL, AGILE/Scrum and has previously worked with leading pharma company Eli Lilly in Tech@Lilly department as a Consultant & led a team of technologists for Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) function & Global Scientific Communications (GSC) portfolio from it's capability center in India (LCCI); in parallel handling technical program management responsibility as Lilly RIM Release Manager & Reliability Engineering; preceded by his stint as a Management Consultant in KPMG Life Sciences C&O team where he worked with multiple pharma giants like J&J, BMS, Alcon, Regeneron, BD, Stryker, etc. while working with regulatory bodies like FDA & EMA for different projects including regulatory project for EU-MDR with EMA. Prior to that he worked in IT consulting & services as a part of Veeva COE/Core Capability team in multiple roles like Technical Lead, Migration Lead, Veeva developer & Services Analyst in his stint in Cognizant & TCS for first 6-7 years of his career. He did MBA in Strategy & Product Management from one of the premiere B-schools in India, IIM Kozhikode. He graduated in Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech) and currently, he is a Doctoral scholar of Business Administration (DBA) in Emerging Technologies with a concentration in Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA (United States), pursuing his passion for exploring the applications and implications of AI in the life sciences/pharma domain. He is a certified Veeva Vault White Belt platform administrator, a Certified Scrum Master, ITIL certified professional, a seasoned public speaker in Toastmasters club (member), Orange belt in Shaolin Kung-Fu, freestyle swimmer, holds Masters degree in Painting, trekking enthusiast, sports fanatic, avid reader & freelance (honorary) Corporate Mentor in Alliance University, Bangalore under their unique CMP Program (2024-26).
