Free ATS Resume + Editable in Doc

This is the same ATS friendly resume template I personally used while applying to dozens of companies. I tried at least six to seven different formats before this one, but this simple structure consistently got me the highest response rate. It is clean, easy to read and focuses on what recruiters actually want to see.

Most resumes get ignored not because the candidate is bad, but because the format is cluttered or the important points are buried under design elements. Recruiters spend only a few seconds scanning your resume, so the goal is to make their job as easy as possible. This template is built exactly for that.

Everything in this layout is straightforward. Your name at the top. Contact details. Work experience. Education. Skills. Languages. No fancy icons. No extra sections. No unnecessary graphics that confuse ATS systems. Just a clear, factual summary of who you are and what you can do.

I also customised this template for every single job description I applied to. Not by copying lines from the JD but by highlighting relevant skills and responsibilities I already had. This approach alone increased my interview calls.
