Hi! We’re a couple from Kerala working as AI engineers, with around 6 years of experience in the field. When we were starting out at 2019, we didn’t really have mentors or clear guidance ,we had to figure out most things on our own through trial, error, and a lot of interviews (both rejections and offers!). Over time, we’ve each gone through 20+ interviews across startups and top MNCs, and that journey taught us what actually matters when trying to break into AI. Now that we’re both working in top MNCs, we wanted to give back and share what we’ve learned along the way. We also feel that in Kerala especially, AI as a career path isn’t always talked about or guided well, and we hope to change that in a small way.
