The Phi Chi Theta Spring 2025 Expo is a one-of-a-kind networking event designed to connect companies with motivated and talented students of all majors. By reserving a table at the event, your company will have the exclusive opportunity to:

• Engage Directly with Students: Showcase your organization, career opportunities, and internship programs while building meaningful connections with top talent.
• Host Your Own Table: Each company will be assigned a dedicated table in the event venue, allowing representatives to network with students, distribute marketing materials, and share insights about your organization.

For companies looking to maximize their presence and impact, we offer an optional $200 table upgrade, which includes:

• A larger table for more display space.
• Additional marketing support from Phi Chi Theta, including featuring your company’s logo and announcements on PCT’s social media platforms before and during the event.

• Setup: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (PCT members will assist with transporting and setting up materials.)
• Networking: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Connect with students and share your company’s vision and opportunities.)
• Clean Up: 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM (PCT members will assist with packing up materials.)

A portion of the proceeds from table reservations will support Phi Chi Theta’s professional development initiatives and its philanthropic partner, the Embrace Kids Foundation, which aids children battling serious illnesses.
