Hi, I’m Darshna, a policy professional passionate about creating meaningful impact. My journey has taken me from studying Economics at the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (University of Delhi) to pursuing Public Policy at the Indian School of Public Policy, along with a certification in International Development and Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago. Professionally, I have worked at the intersection of policy, sustainability, investment, technology, and international development. I have also led the Youth Office of RIFEN, a CSO member of the UN International Telecommunication Union (ITU-D), contributing to global discussions on technology policy, digital governance, and responsible AI. As a published author of opinion editorials in platforms including The Hindu and Dainik Jagran, I have also contributed to conversations shaping the national public policy discourse. A constant thread through my journey has been resilience, navigating transitions, embracing uncertainty, pivoting and continuously learning.
