Darshana is a communications strategist and systems thinker working at the intersection of climate action, urban transformation, and storytelling. Trained as an architect and an alumna of the IIHS Urban Fellows Programme, she has blended field-based insight with a nuanced understanding of public systems, governance, and climate technologies. She has also served as a Teaching Associate at CEPT University, grounding her work in urban design and academic rigor along with experience of working with 8 organisations till date focused on urban questions. Over the past year, Darshana has led a climate communications consultancy project with AVPN, assessing and building capacity for 21 climate-tech organizations across Asia. Her work has spanned strategic communication audits, narrative design, and platform-based storytelling—equipping mission-driven organizations to become more visible, compelling, and globally aligned. Known for her depth, intuition, and thoughtful curation, Darshana is driven by a long-term goal: to become an expert in translating complex ideas for diverse audiences to enable collaborative climate action, helping changemakers articulate their purpose, align their platforms, and inspire action at scale leveraging her communication skills. Her work style is both visionary and grounded—she thrives in ambiguity, moves fluidly across roles, and brings heart and insight into everything she builds. She is now looking to grow through meaningful roles that combine strategy, storytelling, and systems thinking—across global networks, innovation labs, or climate-focused foundations.
