Today, as the co-founder of Xportel, I’m building the ‘Shopify for global logistics.’ At Xportel, we empower SMEs and startups to scale globally by providing seamless shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment services across 220+ countries. Our vision is to become the first market leader from Asia in cross-border logistics, and with the business already valued at nearly ₹100 Cr, we’re revolutionizing how businesses manage global trade and logistics. But my journey didn’t start with success—it started with bold risks and a deep commitment to learning from every failure. My first venture was Sponsoredby, where I raised over ₹1.5 Cr in sponsorships within a year with just a four-member team. However, despite the initial success, scaling the business proved unsustainable, leading to its closure. This was a hard lesson in scalability and business models, one that would fuel my future ventures. Undeterred, I went on to found Paapos in 2019, a global logistics venture focused on helping businesses scale internationally. In 2024, I pivoted to Xportel, recognizing the immense potential in cross-border logistics and the opportunity to build something that could truly revolutionize the industry. Along the way, I also ran a cloud kitchen with three brands for two years, where I learned invaluable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and unit economics—before COVID-19 forced its shutdown. Through both successes and failures, I’ve helped over 1,000 startups, SMEs, and enterprises expand through customer outreach and improved user experience. Beyond business, I’m passionate about longevity, peak performance, and meditation, believing that true success is not just about professional growth, but also about maintaining personal well-being. I’m currently focused on building Xportel and driven by the mission to redefine cross-border logistics for the next generation of global businesses.
