Bio-Compute & Vocal Biomarker Review
Bio-Compute & Vocal Biomarker Review
About me
I am a Bio-Compute and AI Architect working at the intersection of biological systems, signal processing, and machine intelligence.
My work focuses on extracting computationally meaningful signals from living systems, including vocal and physiological biomarkers, to enable early detection of systemic risk states such as sepsis, neurological decline, and autonomic stress.
I design architectures where biology itself is treated as a signal substrate, combining:
• Advanced signal processing
• Nonlinear dynamics & entropy methods
• Lightweight, interpretable AI models
I offer focused architecture and feasibility reviews for AI systems working with biological, physiological, and vocal signals. These sessions are designed to help teams assess technical viability, risk, and responsible system design (non-diagnostic).
I support founders, research teams, and public-interest organizations with:
• Bio-compute & AI system architecture
• Vocal biomarker feasibility & validation
• Early-warning and triage systems (voice / audio / multimodal)
• Responsible AI framing for health and public systems
My work is non-diagnostic and intended for screening, triage, and decision-support, with human oversight and strong ethical controls.
