With over 20 years of experience in the UX design field, I am a seasoned leader who can build and scale diverse and high-performing design teams across multiple countries. At NICE, I lead teams aligned to the business vision and objectives, establishing and implementing UX design practices, including process and quality standards, research, and UX telemetry. As a result, I have delivered improved product design and innovative solutions for the SaaS and enterprise markets. In addition to my role at NICE, I have also served as head of design at a UX agency that I founded, Moqsy. a small business serving enterprise SaaS organizations. As a founder, I wear many hats that require an immense amount of learning, planning, and execution to serve customers with world-class product design. I am responsible for business development, team management, design quality, project management, strategic planning, financial management, research, and innovation.
