Holding more than 10 years of corporate experience I have got a chance to contribute to society. Currently started as a Faculty Trainer at Adamas University under the Center for Lifelong Learning, I focus on equipping students and alumni with essential professional and life skills. My role includes designing and delivering training in communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and critical thinking while facilitating workshops like "LaunchPad" and "Life Skills" courses. With over four years of prior experience as a certified Soft Skills Trainer at Tech Mahindra and Teleperformance, I contributed to enhancing communication, interpersonal relationships, and leadership capabilities through tailored training programs and feedback sessions including process training. Being an Agile SCRUM Master Certified I make the training sessions more credible, particularly at facilitating meetings, team building, and conflict resolution, which are essential soft skills for any trainer. It helps in my professional mission by fostering individual growth and empower learners with tools for effective communication, corporate readiness, and emotional intelligence, aligning personal development with organizational goals.
