I'm an Implementation Manager at Sprinklr, running EMEA implementation and managed services delivery with a portfolio of $45M ARR, 40+ enterprise CX projects, with a cross-functional crew of Forward Deployed Engineers, implementation consultants, and managed services folks. I'm also a bit of an AI nerd on the side — led two teams to 1st and 3rd place at an internal AI Agents Hackathon, and both bots are now used as standard demo bots. Genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping delivery and consulting work, and what that means for the next few years of careers in this space. On the personal front, I scored a 725 on the GMAT Focus Edition and I'm currently deep in MBA applications myself (INSEAD, HEC Paris, ISB), so I've done a lot of firsthand digging into GMAT strategy, school selection, and the classic India-vs-abroad ROI question. So if you're grinding through GMAT prep, trying to shortlist MBA programs, thinking about a move into SaaS/CX implementation, or just need someone to help you configure the Sprinklr platform without the usual runaround — hit me up. Happy to talk shop.
