Myself Rohit, hailing from the city of destiny, Visakhapatnam. Finished my engineering from GMRIT, worked at Carelon (earlier Legato Health Technologies) for 3 years. I'm interested in mentoring and motivating students. My vision is to improve the healthcare through digitization, innovation & design thinking. I'm a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Indian Statistical Institute, with good hold on delivery & engineering aspects in IT industry. My areas of interest lies in Statistics and the management area of interest lies in Decision Sciences, Product Management & Project Management. Did my summers at Carelon, worked on a Blockchain product which is still in R&D, which helped me to closely look into the process of innovation involved in coming up with an idea and transforming it into a product with hypothesis testing, pitching to the leadership to invest in and handling the continuous scope change challenge and predicting ROI and the opportunity cost if not implemented. Alongside product management journey, I streamlined onboarding process at Carelon using six sigma methodology and cut unnecessary cost. My primary focus is to identify the NVAs in the process and remove them to save cost & time and then the secondary focus is to innovate & transform the businesses digitally and prove the company a differentiator in the world with sustainable practices, with decent ROI on the products innovated or enhanced.
