𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻 #𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀. 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗺 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼. I am fortunate to have worked directly with founders of startups and helped build their teams from the ground, as well as top Fortune 100 companies. Through this I've developed my skills in full-cycle recruiting, data analysis, recruiting project management, niche and diversity recruiting. I love working closely with my hiring managers and want to "be in their head" to be super aligned with what they're looking for. More importantly, I advocate strongly for fantastic talent and wonderful people I recruit. I don't want them to just have a job, but to get the job that will change their lives for the better. When I'm not recruiting you'll find me listening to audiobooks, going to the movies and concerts, watching basketball, and walking my dogs. I grew up in a very rural area in the Philippines that even other Filipinos have no idea where that place is - I bet I could out eat you in exotic foods, any day.
