After working more than a decade in various sized organizations (from NGO-s, SME-s to corporate) mainly in marketing and PR specialist positions at some of them as a manager and as a trainer, I decided to start my own venture. I complemented my psychological studies with an ICF accredited coaching school degree in 2021 and started coaching first-time managers. I support them in their journey of becoming the leaders they aspire to be as quickly as they are still comfortable with the process.
