Hailing from a middle-class family in a remote village in Palakkad district, Kerala, he grew up in an environment where even basic network connectivity was a challenge. After completing his high school education in a rural village with an impressive cut-off score, he secured a merit seat at the prestigious PSG College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore, enrolling in the Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) program, Class of 2018. During his enriching college years, he actively sought opportunities beyond academics. He became an NSS Volunteer and later took on the role of an admission volunteer at PSGCAS. Passionate about guiding and counseling, aspiring students and their parents, he performed his duties with enthusiasm, which ultimately led to his appointment as Admission In-Charge by the end of his first year—an early testament to his leadership abilities. His experience in leadership roles ignited a desire to take on greater responsibilities, particularly in leading teams toward success. With a strong commitment to ethics, he aspired to pursue a profession that seamlessly integrated both leadership and ethical governance. This realization steered him toward the Company Secretary profession, leading him to enroll with the esteemed Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He successfully cleared the Executive Level in December 2022 and subsequently relocated to Chennai to complete the 15-day Executive Development Program (EDP) at the South Indian Regional Council (SIRC) of ICSI. Upon completing his EDP, he received an opportunity to train at Indrayani Biotech Limited (IBL), a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). There, he was entrusted with a significant responsibility—advising the Board on complex corporate matters while navigating intricate listing regulations and corporate laws. After successfully completing his training at IBL, he transitioned to the S V Global Group of Companies, where he took on an even greater responsibility: overseeing the entire corporate framework of the group, including S V Global Mill Limited, a listed entity. After 5 years of academic journey @ICSI, he cleared his CS finals on 25-02-25 and became a qualified Company Secretary by getting Membership on 25-04-25 and now thriving towards excellence in Corporate Governance and for an impact in the society.
