I am a Company Secretary having industry experience of more than 3 years. I am extremely well versed with the Corporate and Secretarial Compliances and related legal aspects for Companies and LLP. Additionally I hold a Master's in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi (PGD-IPR from ILI) and a Masters Degree in Commerce from IGNOU. Currently I am practicing as a Corporate Consultant and Trademark agent. Legal Research is a forte and a deep interest to which I give ample time and efforts that ultimately helps me in creating suitable content for the knowledge and awareness of founders, promoters and entrepreneurs. It is my aim to spread awareness around Compliances that would ultimately help Companies in saving huge cost levied due to non compliances. On personal front I am extremely fond of reading books and have read around 100 books so far.
