Discovery Call is for us to understand the motivation of our engagement and also to asses if I can value add to your startup or incubator.
My Engagement Areas:
As Startup Mentor
1) I assist early stage startups who have not yet raised their first round of founding from angels or VC's on sustaining/extending their runway by providing comprehensive information/advise about various Grants available from Central & State Governments in India. Be it on various grant schemes available from government, the quantum of grants, sector, when to apply, how to apply, eligibility criteria etc.
2) I also help early stage founders to build a VC ready business if you are planning to raise funding from Venture Capitalists (VCs) or Institutional Investors or Angels to grow your startup.
As Consultant for Incubators
1) I engage with Startup Incubators as Consultant in assisting them in increasing their revenue growth opportunities and eventually attaining self-sustainability. I consult on both Strategic and Implementation level/aspects.
2) Also, I engage with startup incubators in enhancing their capabilities as that might be the precursor to their revenue growth opportunities.
