Career Guidance Call

I am here to help you maximize your job search:

Overview:

• Session Length: 45 minutes over video.
• Structure: free style: (Tailored to each client). 48h before the session candidate needs to send resume, Linkedin profile and main topics the candidate would like to discuss. (once you book a session, please e-mail those details to [email protected])
• Common topics: resume high level review, interview prep, soft/hard skills feedback, job search strategy, offer negotiation, general questions about "the person on the other side of the interview table" & open discussion on any relevant career/Job Search topic
• Privacy: every conversation is confidential.
• Optional follow-up session: option to purchase a follow-up session at a reduced rate if we both feel it will add value. But the mindset here is focus/efficiency/simplicity (no intent in selling a package of sessions).

What this is NOT (clarifying expectations):

• This is not a placement service (i.e a promise to actively send your resume to companies and find you a job within X months…). This would be a promise with low predictability of success and low value added for you.
• This is why this conversation is more focused on increasing your confidence/preparation/chances of success for an important conversation/milestone and optimizing your search strategy.
• If there is a specific opening fitting your profile, now that we met, of course I will let you know since I also own an executive search firm.
