Hello everyone, this is Sakshi Sunil, CEO of Confidence Collection, or as I say, Chief Everything Officer. My journey didn’t start with confidence. It started with fear.
I was a shy, quiet girl. I knew answers, but I wouldn’t speak. I was scared of being judged or making mistakes. I come from a small town in Jharkhand. Life was simple, but my dreams were not. I moved cities, gave interviews, got rejected many times. Slowly I realised—
I had the skills, but I didn’t know how to present myself confidently. Later, when I moved into HR, I saw the same thing in others. Very capable people failing interviews or missing growth opportunities only because they couldn’t express themselves. That’s when I thought—confidence should be taught like a subject.
And that’s how Confidence Collection started.
