I lead Product (Management and Marketing) of new products at Progcap, a Sequoia & Google-backed B2B fintech lending product suite, where I own the path from Product-Market Fit to Product-Led Growth. Owing to my incredible experience owning product strategy and operations at Freshworks, India's first SaaS to be listed on the NASDAQ, I am highly bullish on Product-led Growth motions across industries. In my previous roles at public sector and technology consulting, following my MBA at the ISB, I led large-scale digital transformation projects. Pre-MBA, I designed automation solutions for industrial machines. Besides work, I co-designed and prototyped an AI/ML-enabled fintech product for retail investors. My Gallup's Clifton Strengths report lists achiever, individualisation, learner, focus and self-assurance as my natural strengths. I am someone who brings intensity and effort to the table, can spot and bring out the best in people, strives to continuously raise the bar, is known to prioritise and then act and enjoys taking calculated risks in life.
