This source code lets you generate a website from a public GitHub repository using AI.

📦 Setup Instructions

1. Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
2. Open the frontend folder and install dependencies:

4. Open the backend folder and install dependencies:
5. npm install
6. Inside the backend folder, create a .env file.
7. Add the following environment variables:

OPENROUTER_API_KEY=your_openrouter_api_key

JWT_SECRET=your_jwt_secret

MONGO_URI=your_mongodb_connection_string

1. Add your own OpenRouter API key.
2. Add your MongoDB URI.
3. Set a secure value for JWT_SECRET.
4. Start the frontend and backend separately and you're ready to use the project.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer

This project was originally built in September 2026. At the time of development, the AI models used in the project were available through OpenRouter as free models.

AI model availability, pricing, limits, and access can change over time. A model that was free when this project was created may become paid or unavailable later. You may need to replace the model name or update the implementation accordingly.

Similarly, libraries, APIs, SDKs, and their syntax can change over time, so some updates may be required if dependencies introduce breaking changes.

🔒 GitHub Repository Limitation

This application currently works only with public GitHub repositories. Private repositories are not supported by the current implementation.
