n8n Youtube+Veo Agent

Trigger: Runs on schedule to check for new video ideas.

Fetch: Looks inside Airtable for entries marked "Todo."

Limit: Selects only one idea at a time to work with.

Generate: Google Gemini turns the idea into a short viral scene description.

Update: Adds that description + environment back into Airtable.

Prompt it: Sends both fields to another AI (custom agent) to create a cinematic prompt for Veo.

Prep: Sets all project settings like token, region, model version, etc.

Generate: Calls Google Veo3 API to start creating the video.

Wait: Takes a tiny pause (1 min) to give Veo time to generate.

Fetch: Pulls the finished video from the API response.

Convert: Turns the base64 video data into an actual mp4 file.

Upload: Uploads it to YouTube privately.

Approval: Sends the YouTube link to Telegram with “✅ YesSir” or “❌ Nope” buttons.

If Yes → Makes the video public + updates Airtable with status “Done.”

If No → Just saves the private link and status as “In Progress.”
