Let's rewind to where it all started – a journey ignited by boundless curiosity and a profound desire to impact the lives of others. For the first 17 years of my life, I was a shy and underconfident person. I was bullied, tortured, and punished in class, school, and at home. Like other men, I was told to hide my feelings, not to cry, be strong, not to share my feelings, and deal with challenges without taking help. At that time, all I needed was someone who could listen to me and guide me. Someone who would "Believe in me". And by God's grace, I met someone who believed in me and gave me some hope & direction. We all go through challenges, nothing wrong with that. It's life and challenges are a part of life. The problem is when we try to figure everything out ourselves and hesitate to take external help. Situations like these result in Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Overwhelm, Lack of Clarity, Low Self-Esteem, Low Confidence, and Poor Mental Health. It's completely okay to seek for HELP.
