I know Coach Ram since last 5 years however I never had any discussion face to face with him, I know Coach Ram has been top LinkedIn voice and versatile HR leader. During my Coaching with him I had wonderful time, and it was an awesome opportunity for me to think and ponder upon on some of my decision and it has given me access which areas I should work on. Ram was very friendly, listened with lot of patience and did not jumped on the response. His ability to listen as Coach, understand the questions and then suggesting solution was eye opener. Moreover the confidence he has given me in terms if my current skills, experience, time horizon and areas I need to work to have successful HR career was super motivating for me. I feel refreshed, confident and energetic after the coaching session with Coach Ram. I highly recommend Coach Ram as Executive Coach and Life Coach for someone to have navigation in their life and Career. Can not thank enough to Coach Ram for his services. With Best Regards, Ashish Pandya
