I am a professional coach who has completed the classroom learning hours for Level 1 and Level 2 coach training. With over 100 hours of hands-on coaching experience, I bring both structured knowledge and practical application into my coaching practice.
My coaching style is grounded in creating a safe, reflective, and goal-focused space where clients can explore possibilities, challenge limiting beliefs, and move forward with clarity. I am currently building and expanding my coaching practice while actively gathering coaching hours toward my credentialing journey.
