About me
I work with individuals and organizations on career coaching and leadership effectiveness—supporting professionals as they navigate growth, role changes, and increasing responsibility across their career journey.
Drawing on over two decades of leadership and people management experience, including senior leadership roles at Microsoft, I now focus on paid assignments in 1:1 coaching, leadership development, and facilitation. My work is grounded in real operating experience and supports leaders as they step into larger roles, strengthen their people leadership, and operate effectively under greater complexity and accountability.
Career navigation and transitions—both chosen and unexpected—are a core part of this work. I am an ICF Certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and engagements typically include individual career and leadership coaching, focused workshops, and facilitated sessions for leadership teams at key inflection points.
