Drawing on over two decades of leadership and people management experience, including senior leadership roles at Microsoft, I now focus on paid assignments in 1:1 coaching, leadership development, and facilitation. My work is grounded in real operating experience and supports leaders as they step into larger roles, strengthen their people leadership, and operate effectively under greater complexity and accountability.
