Jayaprakash Puttaswamy (often called as 'JP') is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach, Agility Coach, Agile Leadership Journey Guide (ALJ Guide) and a Leader in modern Software Engineering. Summary - COACHING, CONSULTING and LEADERSHIP: JP specializes in coaching executive leaders 1:1 as well as coaching for organizational transformation needs in agile/lean and DevOps areas. JP is also a CEC, CSP, CSM and LKU Certified on Kanban Foundations. Practicing agile since 2003 (with Scrum, XP & Kanban), JP has trained over 2000 people in 40+ organizations. In the last 8 years, JP has coached about 900 people in 7 large-scale transformation engagements. JP has worked with Pete Behrens, driving agile transformation and co-facilitating Leadership Agility workshops in GE HealthCare and McKinsey & Company. His recent coaching was to drive enterprise-level agile/lean & DevOps transformation at Target, Siemens, and Schneider Electric. He also helped leaders to lead their own leadership transformation and also lead their organizational transformation in clients like Swiss Re, McKinsey & Company and Schneider Electric.
